Confirmation of Order

Acceptance of your order shall be acknowledged by email (providing a valid email address is supplied) and will confirm name, delivery address, value of goods to be shipped and delivery.

Payment

All monies are payable in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payment will be made by credit or debit card using our secure online ordering system, powered by PayPal. No goods will be dispatched until funds have cleared. All goods remain the property of The Scottish Wood Shop until such time as the full amount has been received. If an instance occurs when we cannot fulfill your order, we shall contact you with the offer of an alternative comparable product, or the option to cancel the order in part or full, and at such time a refund shall be given. At no time will we store your credit or debit card details electronically or otherwise. Should you make errors in entering your order, you will have a number of opportunities to correct it prior to finally confirming and submitting the order for us to fulfill.

Delivery Costs (UK)

The Scottish Wood Shop  only accepts UK orders, and our delivery costs are included in the product prices shown on website.

Delivery Information

After receiving your order we will email you to advise that your order has been received and is complete. We will endeavour to process it and dispatch it within two working days, using a 48hr courier service. It is best to allow at least a working week to receive your order.

Returns Policy- Faulty, Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products

If you are not satisfied with any product that you receive, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of delivery by email: moynesawmill@btinternet.com. We will be happy to arrange for the return of the product to us and send a replacement item, or offer a full refund. You are responsible for the paying for the cost of returning goods.

Cancellation Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for up to 14 days after the day you receive the goods. We will give you a full refund of the purchase price of the goods once the items have been returned to us in a satisfactory unopened and unused condition. You must advise us within this period of your decision to cancel the order by email quoting your order number and your decision to return the goods. Please return the unwanted items to us within 30 days of cancellation, in an unused condition and having taken reasonable care with it. You are responsible for the paying for the cost of returning the unwanted good. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
